PDFello provides online PDF editing tools including but not limited to:

• Merge PDF: Combine multiple PDF files into one.
• Split PDF: Extract specific pages from a PDF.
• Compress PDF: Reduce PDF file size.
• Watermark PDF: Add watermarks to PDF pages.
• PDF to Image: Convert PDF pages to images.
• PDF to Text: Extract text from PDF files.
• Rotate PDF: Rotate pages in a PDF.
• Reorder Pages: Rearrange pages in a PDF.
• Delete Pages: Remove pages from a PDF.
• Add Page Numbers: Add page numbers to a PDF.

Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Lawful Use: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• File Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of the files you upload.
• No Malicious Content: Do not upload files containing viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• No Copyright Infringement: Do not upload files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• No Excessive Use: Do not use the Service in a way that could damage or impair the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDFello operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
